If you carry heavy handbags most of the time, remember to perform basic stretches to help your muscles recover from the stress. It would also be wise to treat yourself to a nice full-body massage at least once a month. If you start experiencing sharp shoulder or back pains that just does not seem to go away, you should start visiting the doctor for a check-up. By following these bits of advice, you should be able to avoid handbag-related body pains.
